Getting to know Faith Aregbesola

I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based mental health care across the lifespan. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Coppin State University and my Master of Science in Nursing from Walden University. With more than 15 years of clinical experience, I have cared for adults, adolescents, children, and families experiencing a broad spectrum of mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, PTSD, ADHD, and schizophrenia. My clinical expertise includes comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, medication management, psychotherapy interventions, and care coordination tailored to each patient’s unique needs. I am committed to delivering patient-centered care that fosters trust, collaboration, and long-term wellness. By integrating a holistic approach with evidence-based practices, I develop individualized treatment plans that honor each patient’s values, beliefs, and life experiences. Recognized for my strong interpersonal and communication skills, I strive to create a supportive and nonjudgmental environment where patients feel heard, respected, and empowered in their mental health journey. I believe that effective treatment extends beyond medication management and includes active listening, patient education, therapeutic support, and collaborative decision-making to promote meaningful and lasting outcomes.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I provide high-quality, and patient-centered mental health care to individuals and families across the lifespan. I don't just look at a list of symptoms; I consider how your physical health, lifestyle, and environment affect your overall mental well-being. If medication is part of your treatment, we will discuss the risks, benefits, and alternatives together. You can expect close monitoring of how treatments affect you. While I am trained to provide supportive therapeutic interventions, my practice focus may lean more heavily toward medication management and psychiatric evaluation. Your feedback is essential. Being open and honest about how you are feeling, any side effects you experience, or challenges you face allows me to adjust your treatment plan effectively.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

My process is rooted in a holistic, patient-centered framework. I begin by conducting an in-depth psychiatric evaluation. This includes evaluating current symptoms, performing mental status exams, reviewing medical histories, and ordering necessary lab work to rule out underlying conditions as needed. I collaborate directly with the client to develop a tailored care plan. Depending on the diagnosis and personal preferences, treatment may involve a combination of psychotherapy, medication management, lifestyle interventions—recommending sleep hygiene, nutrition, and exercise to support overall well-being. Mental healthcare is not static. I hold regular follow-up sessions to monitor symptom improvement, assess for medication side effects, and track progress utilizing measurement-based care tools. The treatment plan is dynamically adjusted based on these evaluations. I provide ongoing psychoeducation, so clients and their families understand the diagnosis and treatment options. I also coordinate care across a broader health system—collaborating with therapists, primary care physicians, and social workers to provide a seamless support network.

Faith was very kind and professional during my visit. She listened to my concerns, explained things in a way I could understand, and made me feel comfortable. I really appreciated the care and attention she gave me. I had a good experience with her and would highly recommend Divine Heritage Services LLC.
Ms Faith is amazing! She was referred to me by my son school when I needed to switch providers for him. She went above and beyond in her communication with me and always made sure to explain what to look out for with his medications. There were a few sessions where I wasn’t feeling my absolute best and she completed his session and then took the initiative to check in on me and offer words of encouragement and support. After that I inquired about seeking her services for myself, and although I still have my own struggles, I have never been more confident in my ability to get through the difficult times in life knowing I have a competent, patient and dedicated provider like Ms Faith.
Faith made me feel heard and she was emphatic about my condition. She demonstrated professionalism and an understanding of my mental health needs. In addition she was very calm. Highly, highly recommended.
She was very nice, attentive, professional.
Dr. faith has been an amazing provider. She is very compassionate and you can tell she genuinely cares for her patients. She also makes it comfortable to open up about some uncomfortable topics. She is very thorough with her treatment plans and is quick to help if a medication is not working. She has made a significant impact on improving my mental health.
During my visits I always feel heard and understood. I’m always encouraged to talk about any and everything especially when I seem skeptical or hesitant which always results in me being appropriately and effectively helped.
Faith was wonderful. She made me so well at ease that I opened up about everything that was bothering me. Absolutely perfect. Anyone would benefit from seeing her.
