Faith Cole, RD

Dietitian
WV
"Hi, I’m Faith, a Registered Dietitian and Registered Nurse who takes a personalized, whole-person approach to nutrition care. My own health journey has played a big role in shaping the way I work with my clients today. I was diagnosed with POTS at 18 after fainting at work, following years of symptoms like dizziness, lightheadedness, fatigue, a racing heart, and difficulty tolerating certain types of exercise. Living with POTS has taught me firsthand that health isn’t always straightforward- and that finding what works for your body can take time, patience, and plenty of trial and error. Over the years, I’ve learned how much nutrition, hydration, movement, sleep, and stress management can matter. I’ve also learned the importance of looking at the bigger picture and understanding that two people with similar symptoms may need very different approaches. That experience has shaped the way I work with my clients today. As both a dietitian and nurse, I take an individualized, whole-person approach to nutrition care. Depending on your needs, this may include personalized nutrition strategies, education, functional testing, and individualized supplement recommendations to complement your overall care. My goal is to help you better understand your body, identify practical strategies that fit your life, and create an approach to nutrition and wellness that feels realistic and sustainable."
