Great waiting time & staff. Wasn’t sure of why when my appt. was concluded, a 3rd staff member came in to say, “you’re all done. No follow ups needed.” She didn’t appear as professional as the initial assistant or the doctor. Her appearance was interesting to say the least. My biggest complaint was that I rec’d about (113-15) texts & VMs in 4 days reminding me of this appt. I responded YES, on 2 occasions, but I couldn’t stop the calls & VMs. It was truly exhausting, and these constant messages made me unsure if I want to go back.
Dr. Esterson is so great! I hate doctor's offices but she made me feel very comfortable. Took care of my issues quickly and dispensed some great knowledge at the same time. I also appreciated that there was no hard sell to do anything cosmetic like you can often get at a dermatology office. I would definitely go back!
