About Faith Leber
Advanced practice provider Faith Leber is a board-certified nurse practitioner (NP-C) and advanced practice registered nurse (APRN). She earned her master's degree in family nursing from the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston (UTHealth Houston).
A registered nurse since 2002 and a family nurse practitioner since 2014, Faith provides primary care for patients of all ages. She sees patients for a wide range of conditions and particularly enjoys empowering people with diabetes and hypertension through lifestyle changes that improve their conditions or reduce medication needs.
Faith chose to become a family nurse practitioner because she finds the field to be the perfect blend of medical care and health-promotion nursing. As a nurse practitioner, she can expand on her knowledge and help a wider base of people with all types of issues.
Describing her approach to care as honest, relatable, and human, she wants her patients to know that she genuinely cares for them. Their outcomes, whether treated in-clinic or referred to a specialist, matter deeply to her. She finds her greatest pleasure in watching people feel better, make strides in their health, and flourish-not to mention the satisfaction she gets from sometimes figuring out a good puzzle.

from the front desk staff, office assistant and the PRN all were pleasant, happy, and lovely. the PRN listened with no interruptions and heard what the issue was. she was running behind but it was because she doesn't rush through her patients to ensure the proper care was performed

Faith Leber was exceptional! She introduced herself and was friendly. Her questions were intuitive and she really wanted to understand what I was hoping to get from my visit. She allowed me to ask questions and I never felt rushed. I feel like my experience with medical providers has been so disappointing for years and this appointment was extremely refreshing! Her approach and professionalism was a breath of fresh air. I immediately recommended her to my girlfriends after my appointment and will be back to see her in the future.
