The doctor I booked the appointment with never showed. The PA had to see me. I waited over an hour to be seen to a scheduled appointment. the only saving grace was the young woman that took my vitals and gave me the EKG I cam in for.

The office was extremely filthy, the receptionist was loud and there was no privacy whatsoever. Had an appt and waited over 45 min to be called and then put in a filthy room and after 10 min I had to step out and ask when we would be seen, only to be responded to in a nasty manner. They incorrectly weighted and notated my daughters height incorrectly, physical lasted a whole 3 min and wasn’t even checked for half of the things they check for an annual physical. I would never recommend nor will I return. The worst experience ever.

This was one of the best doctor's appointments that I've had with a PCP in YEARS. I drove an hour out just to see Dr. Ali because of her glowing reviews and they're completely accurate. I adore this doctor, appreciate how respected and cared for I felt when I saw her and I feel so lucky I found her on ZocDoc.

First impressions are key. My first prescriptions did not go through. My second prescription for Gout is no where to be found in Long Island Walgreens and the pharmacist says no one has it and it hasnt been used for about 3 months. I called the office to get an alternative medicine, I have to wait until Tuesday when she returns.
I was diagnosed with Gout and I am in pain and swollen, I guess I have to wait until Tuesday. Not a good start.. very upset..

It was not what I expected. It is an urgent care facilities and you had to wait with very ill walk-ins. The wait was long even with an appointment.
My pharmacist called for a medicine refill that is a must have and i left 2 messages, a week later and no one has contacted the pharmacy.

ABSOLUTELY A REFRESHING EXPERIENCE!!!!! I've been to several primary doctors within the last several months and I haven't found someone I can trust wholeheartedly. My very first consultation with Dr. Ali today was totally a different experience from the onset. She welcomed me with a big smile and showed genuine concern for my sufferings over the years along with a true empathetic spirit. Also I was impressed with her thorough professionalism when it came to my family histories of diseases and ailments and her recommendation for more extensive testing for precautionary measures. I'm am truly truly appreciative for finally finding a caring, knowledgeable and trustworthy Doctor. I extend thanks first and foremost to Dr. Ali and her staff and especially the intake nurse for making me feel at ease.

Dr. Ali was very professional and pleasant! I would recommend her and will consider coming back! I waited about 20 min during which I filled out paperwork. I had filled out the forms provided on zocdoc, but when I checked in at the front desk I was told that they don't use zocdoc. Regardless, I'm glad I went there!

They are not using zocdoc there are no appts. On Sundays only walkins,and the office is not clean inside where patient are cared for, I may be a bit more harsh because I work in a medical office and cleanse and sanitation is very important

It was good experience.but when I got at the office.they didn't know that I was coming, the said they don't work with zocdoc anymore,so all the forms that I filed up online I had to do them again there.
