“I appreciated PA Siddiqui because he was very kind, attentive, knowledgeable and listened to my concerns. He has good bedside manners & professional. The MA is also very kind!
The only thing that concerned me was the receptionist. I did not have a good impression. When I went up, she was clearly on a personal call. Once she was done with her call, she asked if my insurance changed. I said no, I even uploaded my insurance on Zocdoc so they should have a virtual copy. But I still gave her my physical copy. Once she took my insurance down, she said it was inactive. Which was weird because my husband went to the same office and it worked... and we are on the same insurance. I asked if his was active and she said yes. She said "I hope YOUR insurance is active or you're going to get a hefty bill..." unprofessional. At the end of the appt, she kept brushing me off trying to schedule me & ignored my question regarding my insurance. I hope I don't get charged a "hefty bill" because of her.”

We’ve been seeing Faisan for a few months for my son’s acne. He’s a good listener and always takes his time and asks if either of us have any questions before we leave. His treatment was conservative and super helpful for my son’s acne problem. Highly recommend!

The doctor was very thorough and explained my diagnosis. He also provided treatment options and took a conservative route to treat which I appreciated. The front office staff was nice but it took way too long to check in and there were a few people waiting in line to talk w/the front office staff. Then she took a personal call, and it was excruciatingly painful to check in and pay.
