I am a psychiatric/mental health nurse practitioner with over 15 years of experience treating individuals with mental health disorders. I have worked with diverse populations across various age groups and cultures in outpatient, inpatient, and home settings. I hold a Master's in Family Nursing from Chamberlain University and a Post-Master's Certificate in Mental Health Nursing from the University of Cincinnati. I believe in treating the whole person and emphasize a humanistic philosophy of holistic care for both mind and body as part of each client's personalized care plan.

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.

Fanta is amazing! She listens to you, she is not dismissive when I bring things up or talk about what is my ‘norm’ like so many medical professionals do. One of the biggest pluses for me personally is I can always reach her when I need to and she is very responsive. In the past with many doctors I have often gotten the “oh well” vibe which I have not I’ve time ever gotten from Fanta. I feel heard, never judged and could not be happier with the care I get with Fanta.

I told this woman I almost went to the hospital two days prior to my appointment for suicidal thoughts and she did not care. She never sent over my prescription and is impossible to get ahold of. Our appointment lasted FIFTEEN MINUTES out of the hour we had scheduled. Don’t bother with this provider

Do not see this person under any circumstances. I could write a book on her inability to care for patients. She doesn't respond to emails, or texts even in times of need. I needed her to sign a return to work form that she agreed to sign during our appointment. The note never came... I emailed multiple times, texted etc. She never replied and now I am looking for a new job. To make it worse, I am a TEACHER! I HAVE TO BE AT WORK! This individual cannot care for patients and should not have the societal responsibilities that she has been given. The fact that this person can prescribe medication is honestly frightening. I still haven't heard from her about the note. Please trust me when I say that this provider cannot be trusted to care for you. All I needed was a form signed.... imagine if I was in the hospital and needed her, which has happened in the past. ... incredibly unprofessional, bordering on intentional disrespect.

Absolutely do not go to this practitioner or psychiatrist, therapist? Honestly I was so confused on what her specialty was after she recommended me to seek a psychiatrist for my diagnosis? Our first and last initial visit only lasted about 30 minutes.. absolutely no help with medication management. Oh yeah, also be prepared for a high bill towards your "covered" insurance. I would stay away.

Zocdoc was recommended by a close friend.
I met with Fanta for my first and last appointment 1 week ago today. We discussed my symptoms and what medication would help. As far as I could tell
the appointment went well.
Immediately following our online appt I emailed my pharmacy details.
Still no Rx despite almost daily attempts to contact her via her personal phone, her personal email and Zocdoc email.
I should not have to pay for my useless appointment and I will be cancelling my follow-up one.
Zocdoc is doing nothing to help me other than sending me a sympathetic response to my complaint.
So unprofessional.

This nurse practionier completely forgot to call in my prescription.
After multiple attempts of emailing them, she still sent in the prescription to the wrong place requested. I had followed up immediately after the appointment to request she send the prescription over to cost effective drugs where my prescription prescribed would be 60 dollars cheaper than going through CVS. Instead today, she finally sent the prescription over to CVS who will not be able to transfer the prescription over to cost effective drugs. As a result, I will have to borrow money from a friend or family member due to her lack of communication. I highly recommend not going through this nurse practionier as she will not read any of the emails that you send her. As a result of her not calling in my prescription, I have been off my mediation now for two weeks since 8/5/2022 and have gotten in trouble at work.
