About Dr. Farah Khan
Our office offers SAME DAY OFFICE VISITS with our providers.
Dr. Khan specializes in adult diseases and their prevention. She is a member of the American College of Physicians and the American Medical Association. Dr. Khan received her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Benedictine University. She earned her Doctor of Medicine from Ross University School of Medicine, where she ranked at the top of her class and received honors in all of her clinical rotations. Dr. Khan completed her internship and residency programs in Internal Medicine at St. Joseph Hospital, affiliated with Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine. She is board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine and was re-certified in 2015.
In 2002, Dr. Khan was awarded the prestigious F.A.C.P. designation from the American College of Physicians/American Society of Internal Medicine in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
She is on staff at Swedish Medical Center and Sky Ridge Medical Center in Colorado. Dr. Khan is involved in the teaching of medical students and residents. She is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Medicine at Rush Medical College, where she teaches first- and second-year students.
We have a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you schedule an appointment through the office or through Zocdoc, this policy applies. For all new patients, we require a credit card to be placed on file for billing purposes; however, we do not accept American Express.
