About Dr. Farzam Kashanian

Dr. Farzam Kashanian earned his Doctor of Medicine from the State University of New York, Upstate Medical Center. He completed his residency in Diagnostic Radiology at the same institution in 1998, followed by fellowship training in Ultrasound and Sonography at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital. Dr. Kashanian is Board Certified in Radiology and is a member of the American College of Radiology and the Society of Breast Imaging. His expertise includes mammography, ultrasound, and breast and thyroid biopsy, having performed close to 3,000 breast and thyroid biopsies combined to date.
