What is your typical process for working with clients?

At Brain Ways Psychiatry, we follow a structured, personalized approach to ensure each client receives thoughtful, effective, and ongoing care. 1. Initial Evaluation (40–60 Minutes) Your first visit is a comprehensive psychiatric assessment. We review your mental health history, current concerns, medical background, medications, and treatment goals. This session allows us to develop an individualized care plan tailored to your needs. 2. Personalized Treatment Plan Based on your evaluation, we collaborate with you to create a plan that may include medication management, psychotherapy, and supportive services. We clearly explain recommendations and answer any questions you may have. 3. Follow-Up Visits (Ongoing Care) Follow-up appointments are scheduled according to your clinical needs and treatment goals. These may occur: Weekly (for active symptoms or therapy support) Monthly (for medication management and progress monitoring) Quarterly (for stable, maintenance care) 4. Progress Review & Adjustments We regularly reassess symptoms, side effects, goals, and overall functioning. Your treatment plan is adjusted as needed to ensure continued improvement and long-term stability.
