Fatrice's passion for nutrition began in her hometown of Baton Rouge, Louisiana, where food and culture are deeply intertwined. Her desire to empower others through nutrition education was sparked by watching loved ones suffer from conditions that could have been prevented or managed through healthier dietary choices. Fatrice earned her B.S. in Nutrition from Southern University and later pursued an MBA from Western Governors University.
