What should a new client know about working with you?

New patients should know that my approach is thoughtful, structured, and collaborative. I take time to understand the full picture before recommending treatment, and I emphasize careful assessment, clear diagnosis, and evidence-based care. I prioritize conservative, guideline-based prescribing and focus on helping patients build long-term stability rather than quick fixes. Many patients come to me for support with anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood-related concerns, and life stressors, and appreciate a calm, organized, and respectful treatment process. My practice is best suited for individuals seeking consistent outpatient psychiatric care, clear communication, and a steady partnership in improving their mental health over time.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I begin with a thorough psychiatric evaluation to understand symptoms, history, and current concerns before developing a clear treatment plan. This may include ADHD evaluations when indicated. When appropriate, I provide medication management using a careful, guideline-based approach. I am also psychotherapy-trained and incorporate supportive therapy into visits as needed. When helpful, I collaborate with a patient’s therapist, school, or other clinicians to ensure coordinated care. My goal is to create a personalized, organized, and steady treatment process that supports long-term mental health and stability.
