Together, we will design a treatment plan that builds your mental and emotional resilience.
What is your typical process for working with clients?
I provide both in-person and virtual sessions, offering evening and weekend hours to accommodate your lifestyle. My priority is to deliver comprehensive care in a therapeutic environment where you will have the time and support you need without feeling rushed. I have a simple onboarding process that keeps the focus on your personal journey to wellness.

Out-of-pocket fees and assistance
Initial session: $230 for 60 minutes
Ongoing session: $120 for 30 minutes
- Sliding scale: Offers lower out-of-pocket fees on an individual basis, typically based on your ability to pay
- Files your insurance claim: You pay the session fee upfront and the provider files the claim for you, so you can get reimbursed directly without worrying about the paperwork
- Charges post-reimbursement amount: This provider will only charge you for the amount you pay after you get reimbursed from your insurance plan, so you don’t need to pay the session fee upfront

We check your benefits before your first visit, but we highly recommend you also contact your insurance company directly to understand your specific coverage for outpatient psychiatric care.
We collect your Credit Card, Debit Card, HSA, or FSA information through our secure, HIPAA-compliant system at the first visit. If your insurance determines you have a patient responsibility, we will automatically charge your card on file for that exact amount, up to a maximum of $150 per month until the balance is complete.
If you are facing financial hardship or an unexpectedly high deductible, please let us know. We can discuss flexible payment plans so you can continue receiving the care you need.
