I earned my Master's in Nursing from Frontier Nursing University. I live and practice in beautiful Virginia. I am passionate about helping others successfully treat their mental and emotional concerns, sleep problems, and excess weight. I am here to support, educate, and, when appropriate, prescribe medication. If you are ready to consider medication, put in the work needed for lasting improvement in your mental health, and are committed to consistent regular appointments, then I may be the right mental health professional for you! Patients are seen by telehealth or, with limited availability, in person in the Lynchburg, VA area. Note that you will be sent additional forms from my office, Lifesong Health, to complete in Optimantra. You will have forms and appointments indicated in both Optimantra and Grow Therapy.

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
