Very irresponsible they decided to inform me at the time of appointment, if I wanted to see the doctor I would have to wait over an hour.
Very friendly, good at explaining things!
Dr. Knoll and her staff were very polite, efficient, and personable.
Quick and easy! Chose not to have my pupils dilated as I just went in to have a general exam with really no specific issues. This was not a problem for them at all which I appreciated. Dr. Knoll is kind and thorough!
She was very friendly and knowledgeable.
Dr Knoll and her staff were wonderful !!!
Visit was average. She did answer all of my questions about LASIK. Overall, and average appointment. I am used to being fitted for eye glasses during my visit but I am new to this town so that may be different here.
Very busy office but very well run. Dr Knoll was obviously very busy herself, but didn't make me feel rushed. Gabe me a chance to ask any questioned I needed to, and talked to me until I understood everything.
Even though all paperwork competed in advance at zocdoc, the office did not have it and made me repeat the entire questionnaire which wasted too much time before getting to see doctor.
Very professional, and expedient
Dr. Knoll is great, very caring and knowledgeable, glad to have her as my eye doctor.
My daughter was in for a visit last week and I was so ver impressed with Dr Knoll. I had to come visit her to. Everyone from the desk to the nurse to the Dr were wonderful. Thankyou
I just didn't leave feeling like she heard what I was saying and just don't feel secure with her diagnosis,She just say what she thought my symptoms should of been instead of listening to the facts i was trying to explain, like i have a rare autoimmune disease,am a new on set diabetic,a new new renal failure patient. in stead- i just just got told that eyes change as we age- Really? what a blow off.
pleasant- but part of reason i made appointment was I was having eye discharge-which she observed but was gone before i could ask if I needed a Rx, plus it was shortest eye exam-I think the tech flipped the lens twice at most, even though i complained of vision changes and had significant medical history,.other then to tell me I had no diabetic changes,no other medical issue were addressed that in the past had other doctors doing quite a comprehensive exam due to my medical issue, some which have direct relationship to my vision.
Very professional. Would definitely recommend.
I found her to be cold and indifferent. I waited over an hour for a 2 minute eye examination and felt as though my concerns were not being taken very seriously. Her advice was flippant and her attitude careless. I will not be returning to her office.
She is an incredible doctor very helpful and kind
I am glad to find a great ophthalmologist so close to DeerPark! Just had to pay a copaywith Aetna insurance.
