I would go back. Everyone was friendly except the young receptionist, maybe she had a bad day. I would recommend the doctor for sure.
Fantastic doctor and office! I had a few concerns and he listened and explained everything with both medical and layman terms to make sure I understood completely. He referred me to another doctor and his office made the appointment for me so I could be seen quickly; they made the appointment and got me I'm just 2 days later. Definitely would recommend and already scheduled for next year

Beautiful office and very nice staff. I felt like this doctor listened to me and addressed my concerns appropriately. I’m grateful
Office was beautiful, staff was friendly and doctor was professional, took his time, explained everything and at the end asked if I had any questions. Overall very nice appointment and I’ll definitely be returning next year for my annual eye exam.

Dr. was through and clear about treatment options, however the office could not provide the doctor with the tools needed to treat me. He referred me to another doctor because of lack of equipment. Optum should have the necessary tools for the doctor to be able to perform a simple procedure in-house.

Overall the doctor was very knowledgeable and informative on my diagnosis and what steps I should take next, however didn’t seem to care much on how or why It started. Was told to contact a pharmacy in Illinois for a prescription which I thought was odd, instructions weren’t very clear and It was a very confusing process took a few days before they confirmed to send out my medication. Office is really clean and nice , waited a pretty long time to be seen however , sat in the waiting room 20 mins and inside the exam room for another 30-40 mins.
Extremely amazing experience in each aspect. I like that they have the doctors note printed out to you so you can read it over and they are not afraid to communicate and answer any questions that you have. Great staff, great doctor.
awesome

It was a really clean and pretty office. The staff were so kind and friendly! Dr Harrison answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable as it was my first time at the eye doctor! It was one of the best doctor’s appointments I’ve ever had and I would recommend him to anyone I know! Really grateful to have found him!

I made an appointment with Dr. Timothy because I had really bad allergies amd my primary care physician was booked. My eyes were very irritated and kept itching for more than a week. I asked the doctor if he could prescribe the eye drops that were prescribed in the past by my primary care physician. But he said that he won't and that I should buy over the counter medication and Eye drops. He further suggested that I could take Benadryl, which I was already doing. I explained to him that I had tried over the counter medication and that I had run out of the prescribed eye drops that were given to me by PCP. I was looking for more help from a doctor since it wasn't helping me. He stated that I should buy over the counter eyedrops (Pataday eye drops) which I did, but it didn't help. I continued to take Benadryl but my allergies hasn't gone away. Thank goodness I have an upcoming visit with my primary care physician as I still have irritated eyes that itch so much.
