What should a new client know about working with you?
My care is collaborative, transparent, and paced to you. I treat adults with depression, anxiety disorders including GAD, social anxiety, and panic disorder, bipolar disorder, ADHD, and trauma related concerns. I combine supportive therapy with thoughtful medication management and coordinate with other providers when helpful.
What is your typical process for working with clients?
Your first visit is not a test. I am currently accepting new adult patients with appointments available within the week. Share what feels safe, and we will map your history, strengths, and goals so you leave with next steps that make sense.
