With more than 20 years of nursing experience, I treat a variety of mental health conditions. My approach combines medication management, healthy lifestyle practices, and personalized care to support overall well-being. I believe that mental wellness requires treating the whole person—mind, body, and spirit. I integrate pharmacotherapy, psychosocial support, and trauma-informed care into individualized treatment plans, empowering my patients to achieve stability and an improved quality of life.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Once an appointment is booked, please expect a call from the office to schedule a New Patient Evaluation to determine diagnoses (if any). If you have to cancel, please do so within 24 hours of your booking or you may be subject to a late cancellation fee. After that determination, I will get a history, assess your symptoms, and then we would discuss a treatment plan that may or may not include medication, supplements, nutrition, psychotherapy, environmental changes, and/or lab work. Depending on the diagnosis and treatment, a 30 minute follow up appointment is usually within 2-4 weeks after the initial appointment.
