I am super patient, and I love building trust with patients through active listening, empathy, and being nonjudgmental. I am open-minded person and will properly assess you to meet your right needs. I provide care to my clients with my favorite quote “You are not alone, don’t give up”, seeking for help can be scary but you ‘re making the right choice. You have the right to seek for help and deserve a safe space to heal and bounce back to your normal daily activities.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

As a Compassionate Certified Nurse Practitioner, I focus on holistic approach by helping patients understand their diagnoses, treatment options, and coping strategies to promote self-management, providing quality care to all my clients through conducting thorough compressive assessments, evaluation including medical history, psychosocial factors, current symptoms and medications and treating patients to improve their well-being, Psychotherapy and behavioral interventions. I 'm passionate about helping clients thrive emotionally and giving them the best quality of life they deserve. My goal is to make sure you understand the mental health issues you are going through and always seek the best options to solve the problem. I’m here to support your journey towards healing, sanity and your well-being through cognitive behavioral therapy, psychotherapy, and prescribing the right medications for you. I enjoy caring for my patients, promoting care and we give you hope!
