I was able to text Felicitas some background on my son and she utilized that information in the session, but had I not taken that initiative, she wouldn't have known any background. It would be useful if there was some intake paperwork describing the problem. I appreciated her direct approach and her knowledge of what meds are approved for kids. She didn't spend much time with us, but since I, too, work in the mental health field, I was able to follow and provide input.
