Dr. Chien is a wonderful doctor, he is very thorough, really listens to his patients (me and my husband use him) and follows up quickly. We were in and out in about 45 minutes that is with both of us getting complete physicals.

Very friendly and patient. At other doctors I've felt a little rushed, but Dr. Chien was engaged and helpful. I felt like I got to discuss everything I meant to and was in good hands. It was a small practice, I was seen right away. Definitely will return.

My visit to Dr. Chien was very easy and fast. Both Dr. Chien and his staff were very friendly and efficient. My visit was fast and easy. Dr. Chien was really personable and never made feel rushed. The few things keepingme from a full 5 stars: The intake forms look like they've been photocopied from photocopies a few too many times to the point where they're pretty hard to read Dr. Chien has great bed side demeanor and ended up getting me everything I needed but there were a few times where I had to repeat myself as he would miss details that I had just described to him about my symptoms. An example of the above bled into the referrals for xrays that ended in confusion because he had requested additional areas not related to the pain I had described.

Nice doctor and listened to my concerns well. Very little wait time. I wish the exam room were cleaner. If I required a full exam I would have requested they use an antimicrobial cleaner on the exam table.

His assistants were very kind and polite, the wait time was almost zero and the doctor was very informative and professional. My husband had seen him before and described the appointment, which really impressed me. My appointment with Dr. Chien was equally good.

You need to see Dr. Felix Chen!!! Absolutely the best doctors appointment of any kind that I have ever had in my entire life. Actually made me look forward to my next doctors appt. His bedside manner is second to none.He is very knowledgeable and is able to be extremely informative while also making everything easy to understand. He is very personable and also quite funny. I felt like I was just hanging out with a long lost uncle. His nurse is also extremely nice, patient, and personable. Amazing people! I will definitely be back. Never going anywhere else. They are by far the best.

I came in primarily to get some bloodwork done. Checking in was very easy and the receptionist in the front was very friendly. Dr. Chien was nothing but accommodating! I mentioned that my ears were clogged in passing, and he washedit out for me, even though it was a messy procedure. Looking forward to coming back.

Dr. Chien was way too busy with his other patients to give me proper care. He was nice but I didn't feel like I was treated with patience or care. There were certain things that weren't fully explained to me andcertain aspects of my conditions were minimized in a very insensitive way.

The office staff and nurse were very nice and efficient. Dr. Chien was attentive, knowledgeable and thorough. This was my first visit to Dr. Chien. He is one of the best doctors I've ever seen. Unlike other doctors that might make you wait and then get you out as soon as possible because their appointments are overbooked, Ididn't have to wait long for my appointment and Dr. Chien was very thorough. He pretty much went through everything, listened to my concerns, and was patient to answer all my questions. It's rare to find a doctor like him nowadays and I highly recommend him.

After this experience/appointment I am not sure that I can trust ZocDoc reviews. By no means would I consider this visit to be 5 stars in any way. I was seen quickly, however there was no one else in the office.The office seemed to have the bare minimum of needed medical supplies/equipment. The "nurse" was not properly trained, specifically in administering an EKG. She left the room on multiple occasions, without explaining where she was going, to get the other staff member at the desk (who I am not sure was even a nurse) to assist her in the procedure. When drawing blood, she poked and indented my vein (to mark where to insert the needle) with her ungloved finger nail! The doctor himself was polite on first encounter, however, did not come across as professional or knowledgable. On several occasions he spoke about other patients he treated and situations unrelated to my concerns. His physical exam was not thorough at all, and he did not review with me the results of the EKG or lung capacity test that was conducted in the office. I left the office not feeling any better about my concerns, and just with a referral to a different doctor.

Felix was extremly unprofessional. His assistant who was helping him was unorganized and not trained properly for her job, not to mention she was coughing and sneezing the whole time without covering her mouth. It is a mortifying experience and will likely never use zocdoc again due to this.
