About Dr. Fran Cook-Bolden
Fran E. Cook-Bolden, M.D., is a Diplomate of the American Board of Dermatology, making her a board-certified dermatologist. She earned her Doctor of Medicine degree from Howard University and completed her residency in dermatology at Metropolitan Hospital Center. Dr. Cook-Bolden specializes in dermatology and dermatologic surgery, including cosmetic and laser surgery, and we are proud to have her join the staff at Park South Medical.
Dr. Cook-Bolden is actively involved in cutting-edge research and regularly lectures at local, national, and international conferences. She holds several professional affiliations, including an appointment to the board of The Dermatologic Society of Greater New York, and serves as an assistant clinical professor of dermatology at Columbia University in New York.
She is also the co-author of BEAUTIFUL SKIN OF COLOR: A Comprehensive Guide to Asian, Olive and Dark Skin.
