I had a virtual appointment with Dr. Francesca, and I was thoroughly impressed with the care and attention I received. Even though the consultation was online, she made me feel completely at ease and took the time to listen to all my concerns. Dr. Francesca’s ability to connect and communicate clearly through a virtual platform was exceptional.
She explained my diagnosis and treatment options in detail, making sure I understood everything, and she answered all of my questions with patience and professionalism. I never felt rushed, and her warm, compassionate demeanor made the entire experience so much more comfortable.

Francesca listens, but also handles communicating with someone like me who can ramble on to ensure we are focused on the goal and that I am getting her the information she needs to make recommendations concerning my medication. She’s been very open to my suggestions and wants as well.
