As a mental health provider, I strive to create a world where mental health is no longer a taboo, or perceived as a stigma to the individual. My focus We help patients across the lifespan manage anxiety, depression, mood disorders, OCD, ADHD, insomnia, substance use, and many more. Together, we can identify what's not working and get you back to balance. We use a holistic approach, focusing on your mind, body, and spirit. My communication style I am a great listener. working with me, you will be provided with a safe environment as you embark on your mental healing journey. My journey to mental healthcare I have been in the healthcare field for over a decade, and I have always worked with patients who suffered from Mental illnesses, whether it was at a hospital or a detox center. I decided to return to school and obtain my license as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to better serve the community. My goals for you In our Practice, we listened to the patient, and together as a team we set Goals.
