Frank Lima, M.D. has been board-certified in Family Medicine since completing his residency training in 1994 at Overlook Hospital in Summit, NJ. He received his Doctor of Medicine degree from UMDNJ-NJ Medical School in 1991. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree from The Johns Hopkins University in 1987.
He has been happily married to his wife Ginny since 1991. Together they are proud parents of Nina, 31, working in talent recruitment for Prudential; Emily, 27, associate director of social media for Havas Group; and Olivia, 22, recent graduate magna cum laude of James Madison University with a major in dance and minor in business.
Together, his family shares a love for Disney World and the beach, along with their Shih-Tzu Ortley and tabby cat Sage.

The doctor was very unprofessional, he just sat there, listen to my complaint and my explanation of what was hurting me, He didn’t even checked me and then just stood up and walked back to his office. The nurse was more friendly and more professional than he was.

The worst doctor I have ever encountered in my 61 years. Asked personal questions not related to my health: "Are you under house arrest?" Yes, seriously, after a 5-minute $$$+ phone call for just a blood work prescription, they never followed up and ignored several messages from me regarding it. Especially terrible since I have now been off my heart meds for over 2 weeks and was the reason I made the appointment in the first place and never gave me an emergency refill. Avoid!
