The doctor showed up 45 minutes late. And then he said he will cancel the appointment and said he wil get charged for it from zocdoc. Despite not making to the appointment he wanted me to accept that we not cancel the appointment, He didnt cancel the appointment which was disappointing

Phenomenal Provider! Not just a pill pusher. He takes time to listen/understand your situation. Great at explaining and coming up with a plan of care. Seems to actually care for people which is sadly rare these days. I didn’t feel rushed and he worked with my work schedule. Definitely would recommend!!

Dr.Frank was absolutely amazing. He listened to me, he gave me hope when I have felt hopeless and helpless for so long. Experiencing narcissistic abuse, is like standing in front of silly mirrors all day everyday. You never know what is real and what is manipulation. I have been standing in front of that silly mirror for over 8 years. And it has completely broken. Thank you Dr. Frank for putting a real mirror in front of me, making me realize I am a person that matters.
