In our work together, my goal is that you are seen, heard and understood and that you receive the best medical advice on available treatments customized to meet your needs. Together then we can open the door for healing.
What is your typical process for working with clients?
During your initial consultation we will evaluate your concerns and formulate a diagnosis and treatment plan.
I utilize medications and state of the art treatments including Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy, Spravato nasal spray, IM ketamine and Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS).
I collaborate with psychotherapists and have completed training on Psychedelic Assisted Psychotherapy and Critical Memory Integration.

Dr. Genova was very thorough. I don't believe any of my previous doctors were as knowledgeable about medications. He explained dosages well and reviewed treatment to my understanding. My expectation was to find an MD who is capable of managing my psych meds, and am very happy to have found Dr. Genova.

He wasn't super outgoing or anything, and asked concise questions about my health, past, and current lifestyle, and definitely acted like a psychiatrist (not in a bad way) but I felt as if he did care about my wellbeing and took into account my feelings and fears about medication. Our initial appointment lasted about an hour and I felt that all my questions were answered.
