Live care plus and Doctor Frank made my experience amazing quick and easy. I have the labs I need and the imaging. I’m very happy with the experience. I encourage everyone to schedule an appointment with lifecare plus and ask to see Dr. Frank.

I went to the urgent care and they did nothing for me. I found live care plus online and made an appointment with the provider and he quickly address. My issue prescribed the right medication and we scheduled a two week follow up because he also sees patients in primary care he had Spanish translation Which I was very happy with because English is not my first language. I now have a real doctor that cares about his patience thank you Zack Doc.

The Doctor is very pleasant. I was very comfortable with all the
questions and available services of care being provided. Doctor Frank took the time to be very helpful. Spanish language translation is part of the immediate service. Dr Frank is very proactive and a caring physician. Effectively follows up with his patients to build positive relationships. His availability as a physician is remarkable. It's definitely convenient when compared to Hospital Emergency Room visits.

Dr. Frank was amazing. He took a lot of time to listen to me and thoroughly reviewed my history. He is readily available to answer questions and has a team that works with him that I can call anytime. He ordered labs, imaging and gave me all the resources that I asked for. I am thoroughly impressed. All of my family and friends are scheduled to be his patients. I will be a long time patient of his and his team, I very much appreciate liveCare Primary Care/Urgent Care for offering their services virtually in NY and FL and encourage anyone to join as they are currently taking new patients
