“With how hard it is to find providers taking new patients, I was surprised with how quickly I was able to get an appointment for my initial consultation. The provider was prompt and very courteous. From my experience, these kind of appointments are usually awkward and nerve-wracking but the provider made me feel extremely comfortable and I was able to talk about things that are usually extremely hard for me. I do have a follow up appointment and if that goes as well as my intake appointment, this could very well be the best experience I have had with this type of visit. ”

I hold a Master’s in Nursing from Norwich University, which informs my approach to personalized care.

Our mental health services include diagnosing and treating mental health illnesses, prescribing and monitoring psychiatric medications, and providing individual and group therapy. We also offer education on mental health for family and friends, and actively collaborate and partner with community stakeholders.
