Hi, I am a three times stroke survivor. I do have ADHD bipolar, two depression, severe anxiety, panic attack manic attacks, PTSD insomnia. I also have an eight year-old daughter that I need to be mentally and physically capable of raising my PCP has retired and so has my psychiatrist therefore I have not had my medicine. It will be one month and I have no refills. I have to keep my anxiety stress down due to my heart monitor going off and my sister committed suicide back in November so my father that just had a heart attack. It was very worried about my health and my mental state and would like me to seek help immediately
