What should a new client know about working with you?

As a provider, I prioritize creating a safe, compassionate, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard and supported. My approach combines evidence-based treatments like Solution-Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and medication management tailored to your unique needs. I focus on building a collaborative relationship to help you achieve your goals, whether it’s managing stress, improving focus, or navigating life’s challenges. Together, we’ll explore practical strategies for resilience and emotional well-being while considering the environmental and social factors that impact mental health. My goal is to help you feel empowered, understood, and on a clear path to positive change.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

In a typical session, I focus on understanding your unique needs and concerns to provide personalized care. During our initial session, we’ll discuss your medical and psychiatric history, current symptoms, and goals for treatment. I take a holistic approach to understanding the factors that influence your mental health, including environmental, social, and emotional aspects. If necessary, we’ll explore medication options and create a tailored treatment plan. Subsequent sessions may include ongoing medication management, monitoring progress, and making adjustments to ensure optimal outcomes. While I provide diagnostic evaluations and medication management, I also integrate supportive talk therapy techniques into our sessions to address emotional challenges and coping strategies. All sessions are conducted virtually via Zocdoc or Doxy.me, offering you the convenience and privacy to meet from a comfortable setting. My goal is to create a collaborative and compassionate space where you feel empowered and supported

Dr Fred has been great and very professional. He listens to you and doesn't try to medicate you immediately. He takes the time to know his patients before giving recommendations. He follows up when he says he will and is always available if needed. He is very relatable and trusting which makes me look forward to my visits. Since seeing him there has been drastic improvement in my daily life. I highly recommend him to anyone seeking help.
