What should a new client know about working with you?

The foundational qEEG brain map is performed in our office are covered by Insurance payers. In-office neurofeedback (Redmond, WA): billed to insurance (most plans cover 50–100% as biofeedback/physical medicine codes). You come to the office 2–3 times per week.• Typical treatment course: 40 sessions for moderate–severe cases (many feel major improvement by session 20). Milder cases often finish in 20–30 sessions. I personally design and adjust every protocol. You’ll have direct messaging access to me plus scheduled video check-ins every 1–2 weeks. Medication management is included when needed. I continue, adjust, or safely taper psychiatric medications with the goal of lowest effective dose (or none) once the brain self-regulates. We happily treat children, teens, and adults. Kids usually love it—sessions feel like playing calming video games with their brain. Payment & insurance: We verify all benefits upfront, submit claims for in-office training, and provide superbills for possible partial home-training reimbursement. Deposits and session packages are non-refundable. 48-hour cancellation policy for in-office visits. Results are cumulative and generally permanent—the brain keeps the healthier patterns it learns. You deserve care that sees the whole person and never gives up.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I welcome two types of patients: Medication Management Only • 100% virtual • 30 min new-patient eval, 15–30 min follow-ups • All psychiatric medications prescribed responsibly (including controlled substances when appropriate and legally allowed via telehealth) • Specialty in treatment-resistant cases, polypharmacy clean-up, genetic testing, and gentle tapering • Most insurance accepted; copays only • Same-day/next-day urgent appointments often available Neurofeedback + Brain-Based Care (with or without meds) • Start: Book 30-min Zoom intake on ZocDoc • Step 1: 45-minute in-office qEEG brain map in Redmond, WA (insurance cover diagnostic qEEG) • Step 2: I personally analyze your map, write a detailed report, and design your custom protocol • Step 3: Choose your training style - In-office neurofeedback (2–3 visits/week; insurance typically covers 50–100%) - At-home neurofeedback (self-pay; equipment shipped to you) • I review every session myself, adjust weekly, and stay in direct contact via messaging + regular video check-ins • Typical course: 40 sessions (4–6 months) for lasting change; progress proven by repeat qEEGs at session 20 and completion • Medication management/tapering included when desired Whether you need only thoughtful medication oversight or comprehensive brain retraining (or both). Ready for either path? Book your 30-minute Zoom intake on ZocDoc today.
