If you value your time, money, or dignity, stay far away. There are plenty of orthopedic providers who operate with professionalism and ethics—this is not one of them.

When I scheduled and provided my insurance, including the ID it stated it was in network; however once I go to my appointment and waited for about 20 minutes I was then told that my insurance was not in network.

I had zero back pain when I went in to see them for some knee pain. The PA found a broken screw in my lumbar fusion hardware from 2015 from the set of x-rays. She then did a very rough assessment on my knee- that included putting hard/fast pressure on my spine. Now my back hurts terribly and I have excruciating nerve pain. I will be seeing another physician office. I do not recommend. I do not trust that their PA’s know what they’re doing.

My appointment at a specific time, prior, I received no less than 3 notifications via text and email wanting confirmation that I would be there at that specific time; of which I confirmed.
I arrived on time, and was told I was already checked in(which I did online), and have a seat the PA would be with me in a few minutes. I sat for 20 minutes, watched two other people enter “after” I had arrived, (one was a new patient), after another 5 minutes I asked the girl how much longer will it be as I was using my lunch break and can’t be gone to long. She said there are two people ahead of me and if I want to reschedule I could. (In a very condescending tone) I asked if my MRI results were in, she said yes. Another older lady came and said only two PAs on duty, and it happens like that sometimes (very sarcastically).
After almost 45 minutes I went back, told the PA will be in soon. After 20 minutes of nothing, I had to go. No way will I trust a group that treats people so un-caring and cold!

I confirmed my rx when I was at the office and my prescriptions were sent to a completely different provider. Not sure why we confirmed where the prescription was going if the person up front wasn’t really inputting the proper information. Never had an issue here before. Just need to work on the front office problem.

It stunk like smoke and tobacco so bad I’m not sure how they’re even allowed to have an office with patients there. It seems weird that just because there’s a smoke shop nearby, that the entire facility would need to smell like you’re smoking a cigar in the waiting room. Bizarre. And so dang gross.
