In my experience and professional practice, I have helped many couples overcome various challenges, including burnout, falling out of love or passion, communication issues, infidelity, trust issues, and intimacy concerns. If you feel your relationship could use a tune-up and support, please continue reading and contact me. I also specialize in working with individuals managing chronic illness. What should a new client know about working with you?

In treatment I have an open and eclectic approach that is direct when needed and supportive. I enjoy working as a team to help you achieve your goals with the right amount of challenge and support to get you where you want to be. I believe that we all have our own individual strengths and I like to work with those existing strengths you have as well as learning new ones. Every session is an active "working session" where we can have a hands on approach to address any challenges, topics, or concerns you wish to bring up. You will also have the opportunity to practice these learned skills with homework and continual checkins with me to help you feel that our time is as efficient and proactive as possible to accomplish your goals.
