About Dr. Gabriel Hannawi
Dr. Hannawi is a Board Certified Chiropractic Physician licensed to practice in New Jersey. Dr. Hannawi attended Rutgers, the state University of New Jersey, where he received his Bachelors of Science in Biological sciences. He completed his Chiropractic training at the University of Bridgeport where he earned his Doctorate in Chiropractic, graduating with honors. There, he worked as a full time intern at the health science center in Bridgeport under the supervision of a licensed clinician as well as completing his summer rotations at Chase community health center in North Bridgeport.
Dr. Hannawi is full body certified in Active Release Technique for the Upper Extremity, Lower Extremity and Spine, a state of the art soft tissue system that treats problems with muscles, tendons, ligaments, fascia and nerves. Additionally, Dr. Hannawi is certified in custom foot orthotics by sole supports and continues to expand his scope of practice by keeping up with the latest and most effective research for therapeutic treatments.

Dr. Hannawi was pretty rough when he started cracking my back and it wasn’t a pleasant pain. I understand it may feel uncomfortable but for me to actually feel pain is just not right.

Dr. Hannawi was very professional and nice! Thorough with his explanations. I waited a bit of time but they seemed to be busy when I was there (rush hour time). It wasn’t bad! The waiting room was very clean and had TV so it went by quickly :) the receptionists were very kind as well!!

Dr Hannawi has great bedside manners. He will listen to your issues and will work on you with care. He doesnt rush you out of your visit. In his office they have a physical therapist and an acupuncturist. Its an one stop shop. I have sent him and his partner other patients and all of whom were really happy. Highly recommend Dr Hannawi and his staff.

All of my visits to Elite have exceeded my expectations. Dr. Hannawi is professional and it is obvious he cares about his patients. In a matter of 4 weeks they have relieved my back and leg pain. The entire staff is competent, attentive and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Dr. Hannawi and his staff.

This is an excellent physical therapy center. They work very closely with my doctor and are extremely attentive to specific issue. Another thing I think is invaluable is their genuine concern for me. The staff goes out of their way to show that. They never rush through treatment and I always feel much better when I leave. I could not recommend their services high enough.

I enjoy coming to therapy, due to the relief I get from Dr. Hannawi. I been seeing real results over the past few months. I been to other therapy sessions, but only seen real results at elite spine and care of Totowa. Highly recommend coming here for relief.
