Gabby was very professional and had a great bedside manner. She was informative and answered my questions. She presented a sequence of treatment options and I am hoping my issue is resolved quickly. I would definitely make an appointment with her in the future.

Not personal, very conveyor belt. All issues not addressed. Told I will need multiple appointments to address concerns. I needed a consultation and the appointment is scheduled for 3 months away.

The appointment was made and they waited until 30 minutes prior to cancel the appointment. If you couldn't do telehealth because it was a New Patient appointment you should have called the same day the appointment was made. Calling a patient 30 minutes prior is unacceptable. I am sure the doctor is wonderful but the policy and procedures of the staff are a problem.

Overall, I was happy with the appointment, every body was nice and polite. They did not make me feel as if I did not belong there. Other Dermatologist office before made me feel as if I did not belong there because I’m not getting Botox or skin peel or whatever you want to call it. but I was happy with my visit today thank you.

It was super quick. I went in, spoke to the assistant who communicated my concerns to Doctor Gabby. Doctor Gabby came in shortly after and we spoke about my concerns, options and recommendations she had already researched, and then we spoke about any skincare needs I had. I walked out with no question unanswered.
