I strongly believe in active listening and demystifying medicine to make healthcare more approachable. I hope that through honest and open communication, my patients are empowered to make lasting changes in their lives.
I hold a Master's in Nursing from Georgetown University, a Bachelor's degree from Samuel Merritt University, and an Associate's degree from Saint Mary's College of California. I am also an active member of the Institute of Functional Medicine and the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. Outside the office, I love exploring the Pacific Northwest, gardening, and cooking for my friends and family.
