She's easy to open up to and talk to, listens carefully, and brings up very interesting view points that I hadn't thought of before to help me see other viewpoints. She's helped me get out of a funk, overcome insecurities, and improve my relationships with both loved ones and friends. She always gives me advice that is easy to understand and put into practice in my daily life so I can continue to improve myself and become a happier and better person. 10/10 recommend for all your needs whether you know what they are or not!”

Dr G was immensely helpful in pulling me out of a serious depression episode and getting me back into treatment for a long-term eating disorder that had overtaken my life again. She guided me on coming to grips with structured, regular eating, avoiding restrictive and binging behaviors, and laying out a meaningful path for eating disorder recovery. She is an excellent listener, is willing to be challenged (while also challenging me), and is very open to receiving feedback. Our time together was all too brief but I am very glad I had the chance to work with her - thank you, Dr G!
