Dr Gail was an excellent GI doctor. She indicated few things that I would like to follow once she received my blood work. She also requested my medical history from Jefferson medical to make things abit easy because am a new patient to her. Overall, they where great Dr, and friendly office staffs

Overall staff was good. Unfortunately doctor was very dismissive and had an arrogant, sarcastic tone when answering questions. I did not like my visit and would not recommend.

Went in for a colonoscopy screening, the nurse told me I was too young (45) then later returned to say she was incorrect. Then doctor then came in to ask why I was there to which I replied colonoscopy screening since I just turned 45
Dr. Porat then asked me some screening questions one of which was about acid reflux, because I answered that question, they then charged me for a full visit and I now owe a few hundred dollars bc they are saying it wasn't a screening appt since I answered the questions the doctor answered. This is completely unfair, I only answered the questions the doctor asked, I never brought up acid reflux and wasn't aware they would bait and switch me.
Be aware of this office, this was a quick 5-10 minute appt to schedule my free colonoscopy screening and now I am stuck with a large bill.
