Understaffed and had several people in the waiting room at once. The receptionist was unpleasant and trying to handle an office that was full of patients and a phone ringing off the hook by herself which is probably why she was so cranky. She refused to even acknowledge my presence, check me in, or at the very least ask for my name-When she was ready to check me in, she just kept shouting “You” in a room full of people and got upset when I didn’t pay her any mind since that’s not my name I waited over an hour to see the doctor, just to speak with her for at most 4 minutes and had to wait again after the appointment for another 8-10 mins just to check out While the doctor and her technician were kind enough, I just don’t have 1.5-2 hours to spare just to see her each time, nor do I have enough patience to deal with a unkind receptionist in an overcrowded facility. Also difficult to call the office you’re going to since they have an answering service who’s not affiliated with them.

Great!
Doctor saw me for about 5 minutes. Everything felt very rushed and I couldn’t get my thoughts together enough to even formulate questions.
Good visit, quick.

Went in for an annual screening and had some concerns. These were listened to but no advice was given except that everything “looked good and fine”. Dr. Gail seems super nice and I’m not a dermatologist but if I were seeing me as a patient, I’d do a little more than a peek around my body and give a clean bill of health with no questions asked. The office is very nice and clean, though. All of their forms are done through an app on an iPad — super fancy. Some of the staff don’t seem entirely present, as if they’d rather be somewhere else (but I get this, 100% — it’s almost Christmas, nobody wants to be at work). I just expected more out of this appointment. I expected recommendations, possibly a diagnosis or barebones treatment plan for the ultimatum of my concerns. But maybe it is truly all good. I’ll give another dermatologist the opportunity to investigate further and go from there. ;)
Everything went well. Staff helped out wth updating insurance infrmation and went beyond their regular tasks to help me do that.
