“Zocdoc had the Dr listed as primary but she’s actually a gyn/woman’s health. Regardless she saw me and was able to attend to my concerns and I will continue seeing her. Everyone was nice and I was seen on time. Dr took her time and I felt listened to. Highly recommend her if you’re looking for a gyn. ”

My experience was very disappointing. I was not informed at check-in that the doctor I booked was unavailable. I specifically chose a female provider, yet a male doctor entered the room without prior notice, which made me uncomfortable.
The wait time was also excessive.
After requesting a female doctor, I was seen by Dr. Noelle Byrne. Unfortunately, her demeanor felt curt and dismissive. I did not feel listened to, and my concerns were not given the attention they deserved. The overall interaction lacked warmth and professionalism.
My experience in radiology was also uncomfortable. I expressed that lubricant makes me uncomfortable, and the response I received was dismissive and inappropriate, which added to my discomfort.
The receptionist was not very helpful, and overall, the staff seemed disengaged. There appears to be a lack of communication and patient-centered care.
I would not recommend this office.
