I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) with experience providing compassionate, evidence-based care across the lifespan. My clinical focus includes the assessment and treatment of ADHD, depression, anxiety, and related mood disorders. What is your typical process for working with clients?
In the first session, clients can expect a welcoming, relaxed conversation in which we get to know each other. I will ask about current concerns, symptoms, and personal history to better understand your needs and what brought you in. We will also talk about your goals and begin exploring a treatment plan that feels realistic and supportive for you. My goal is for you to leave the session feeling heard, understood, and clear about the next steps.
