I am an experienced and established psychiatric-mental health nurse practitioner providing care for adolescents and adults through Orenda Psychiatry. I hold a master’s degree in nursing from Monmouth University and bring extensive clinical experience in treating a wide range of mental health conditions. My practice is centered on developing individualized treatment plans that combine evidence-based psychotherapy approaches with careful medication management, tailored to each patient’s unique needs and goals.
I specialize in the treatment of ADHD, depression, anxiety, panic attacks, eating disorders, bipolar disorder, insomnia, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), obsessive–compulsive disorder (OCD), and anger-related concerns. My approach emphasizes collaboration, patient education, and building a therapeutic alliance to foster trust and long-term stability.
In addition to English, I am fluent in Russian and proficient in Ukrainian, Belarusian, and Polish, which enables me to provide culturally sensitive and accessible care to a diverse patient population.

She claimed she didn’t know about my appointment and tried to change my time. I had waited over 2 months and Zocdoc had already changed the provider so I said no. She kept on calling me to connect but I was online since 8:52 am. She ended up ghosting me and never coming back on and didn’t call and no one followed up. I waited online until 9:50! This is unacceptable. You better not be charging me a copay.
