You don’t have to navigate life’s challenges alone. I work to create a warm, inclusive, and collaborative environment—whether you’re dealing with anxiety, grief, identity questions, relationship dynamics, or major life transitions. Together, we’ll explore your story with empathy, curiosity, and respect. Each pain, triumph, and experience has shaped who you are—like the tattoos sailors wore to commemorate their journeys. I believe these stories matter, and here, yours will be seen, heard, and honored. I offer both in-person sessions in Seattle and online therapy across Washington. I also provide sliding-scale and pro bono options, striving to make care accessible to everyone. If you’re ready to move beyond simply coping and walk toward healing, connection, and resilience, I’d be honored to support you. What should a new client know about working with you?

My approach is integrative, drawing from Solution-Focused, Experiential, and Narrative therapies. It’s both grounded in evidence and shaped by your unique strengths and goals. I’m direct compassionate, and at times can be lighthearted in order to create a space that fosters clarity, growth, and meaningful change.I believe that the therapy room does not need to be a space only for life's heaviest emotions, but one that can also be full of humor, curiosity, and joy.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

My sessions are typically 60-90 minutes. we will talk about your specific goals for therapy, and think pragmatically about what can be done to help achieve those goals. Some days, we will try to engage with thoughts and behaviors that bring you into therapy, attempting to experimentally process and confront them in new ways. Each sessions always has the goal of trying to develop more understanding about ones self and their view of the world.
