Dr. Shtofmakher was very professional. I informed him of my general complaint and he promptly advised me on the stepshe'd take to review my issues. He x rayed my feet, did an ultrasound and explained how one of my issues was due to arthritis in my foot. He also demonstrated exercises I could do improve my issues with plantar fasciitis. One of the assistant’s took me to a room to scan my feet for custom orthotics. She thoroughly answered my questions about the readings. The office staff was very informed and clearly explained insurance coverage and the options of paying for remedies out of pocket. I was thrilled that so much was effectively accomplished in a short while.
