“Dr. Holloway has been my pcp for more than twenty years. His bedside manner is wonderful, his genuine care makes it a joy to attend my appointments. With that being said the front desk receptionist Melissa is the complete opposite. She ignored me even though the office was nearly empty, I arrived 10 minutes early was not greeted and when I approached her to inquire about my appointment she used a passive aggressive and condescending tone with me although she apologized this is not the first instance of both her and other front desk staff treating patients with a rude and unprofessional attitude.”

I switched to my wife's insurance and had previously been with my Dr for 15 years. My wife and I both have worked in the hospital for 27yrs, so I was aware of and paying attention to, time it took to be seen, courtesy, the staff, management, and professionalism. They were all great, especially once they knew I was a new patient. Dr Holloway himself was especially awesome and I couldn't have asked for any better bedside manners, and over all, I was very pleased with the whole staff. I know how it is to not get credit for the work you do, so I just them all to know how much I apreciate their help and thank you very much.
