I hold a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from New Jersey City University and a Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Missouri. I also completed a certification program in Addiction Treatment at Yale University. In addition, I earned a Doctor of Medicine degree from the State University of Haiti and a Master of Public Health degree from the Free University of Brussels in Belgium.
