I am a multi-state licensed, board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and a foreign-educated physician with over 20 years of medical experience. I earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from New Jersey City University and a Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Missouri. I also completed a certification program in Addiction Treatment at Yale University. Additionally, I hold a Doctor of Medicine degree from the State University of Haiti and a Master’s in Public Health from the Free University of Brussels in Belgium.
