Dr. Quartello has been in practice since 1984, after finishing his Surgical residency in reconstructive foot surgery in Philadelphia. His practice Is multifaceted including palliative foot care, surgery, as well as wound care with emphasis on diabetic wounds. When not practicing he enjoys working out, reading a good spy novel or just taking care of his three Grandchildren.
