This was my first visit with Dr. Msangi. After we talked about the issue at hand we also talked about life and relationships. I like to hear other people’s perspectives and outlooks. Most medical practitioners fail to give a warm greeting or fond farewell, actively listen, show empathy, be a giver or prove they care. My visit, from the greeting to the nurse handoff and interaction to the physician was professional, expedient, thorough and above all, guest centric, No one likes to go to the doctor, but if all of my visits were like this one, I wouldn’t hate going at all. If Wellstar grades their practitioners by these surveys and aspire to being the most guest centric medical provider in the industry, Dr Msangi and his team should be the standard and example for wellstars clinicians and support staff to aspire too. I hope I don’t have to see you anytime soon, but if I should have too, I know it will be a pleasant experience. Thank you for your patience and for the excellent care you provided today. It is the first time in many years that the care part of healthcare wasn’t just a description of a service, you actually cared. Cheers to you and your team.

They need to fix the privacy screen on the front computer. Anyone in the lobby can see everything that the front computer sees. I walked in and saw multiple photos of a patients private parts all from the front desk. Please repair this.

Dr. Msangi was awesome! I was thoroughly impressed by his warm and personable demeanor. He did a great job of gathering the necessary background information of my personal medical situation, and then working with me to manage my personal experience during the visit. I was very much at ease and came out of the appt. feeling well informed and confident in my urological health as I go forward.
